Together with the electronic gases production center of Linde in Munich Linde Nippon Sanso currently is the only European semiconductor gases supplier fully certified according to ISO/TS 16949 quality management standard.
The demanding requirements of ISO/TS 16949 set for the automotive and semiconductor industry are strictly followed and guarantee a seamless quality chain for each process at Linde Nippon Sanso as well as Linde Gas.
