We are actively involved in state-of-the-art R&D.

We see ourselves as partners for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industry. Our aim is to actively participate in the R&D efforts for future materials, processes and applications in close and long-term co-operations with our customers.

Linde Nippon Sanso is part of a R&D network extending from Asia via Europe towards the United States. Together with our customers we share and exchange research know-how and state-of the-art process developments on a worldwide basis. Our R&D activities are not limited to large industrial partners but also extend to more basic questions of fundamental research.

Our co-shareholder Matheson Tri-Gas is very active in the field of advanced electronic gases applications and process safety.

Finally, our majority shareholder The Linde Group is globally active in R&D on the microelectronics sector. Additionally, Linde has an outstanding reputation for its engineering expertise and is a major driving force concerning visions and standards for a global hydrogen future.
